FAQ
Frequently asked
13 questions, ordered as you meet them: before you go, at the venue, at the bill.
Do I need to book?
Weekdays, no — walk in. Friday and Saturday after 22:00 are the peak, and the popular venues queue at the door. Message us first and we will hold a slot.
Is the listed price the final price?
No. Check how the service charge is calculated: some include it, some add 10%, two venues charge 5% + 5% on two lines. Every venue page here states which. What we quote you is the price with the charge already in.
Can I stay overnight?
Eight of the ten allow it. The Excellent Sauna and Manhao Spa do not. Overnight is usually a surcharge or charged by the hour — confirm on the night.
Is there a free transfer?
Yes. Macau Peninsula and Cotai both, including the Border Gate, HZMB port and the two ferry terminals. Tell us the pickup point and time.
I don't speak Cantonese — is that a problem?
No. Front desks handle Mandarin and, in the larger venues, English. We can also pre-arrange your requirements so you just give your name on arrival.
First time — what should I know?
Bring ID, read the price sheet before you commit, and ask about anything unclear at the desk. The full walk-through is on our guide page.
Do the online prices match the venue?
Broadly, but they move with the time slot and promotions. The figures here are from the latest check, and we confirm again when you ask.
Is it odd to go alone?
No. Single guests are the majority. The lounge and dining are laid out so one person can sit comfortably.
Can I just use the baths without room service?
Yes. Entry-only (dry sauna) is a normal choice, and the desk will not push back.
Are there female guests?
Some venues run ladies' hours or a separate area, but not all — ask before you go.
How do I pay?
Cash and cards are standard, some venues take Alipay or WeChat Pay. HKD is often accepted at 1:1 with change given in patacas, so keep that in mind.
Do venues open in a typhoon?
At signal 8 or above most suspend service or run a skeleton operation. Ask before you set off.
Can I book for someone else, or pay in advance?
Yes. Tell us the group size and arrival time; paying in advance or on arrival both work.
Which one tonight? Just ask.
Tell us how many people, what time, and a rough budget. We come back with the real price (service charge included), what is available tonight, and a free transfer from your hotel.
